Daily Duties at Softmart Management Services:

Drive middle market (250 to 2,500 seats) penetration through a coordinated effort of inside and an outside sales team members. Managed seven direct reports in four territories consisting of twenty two states. Tactical responsibility for achieving Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, Novell and Symantec sales goals, recruitment within region, employee mentoring, training, vendor management, service provider relationship management, onsite client visits throughout the Northern Region of the U.S to assist in the true up process and to increase sales volume to minimal buying accounts. Reported to the Vice President of U.S. Sales, Middle Market Space.
