Full life cycle matrix recruiting for the Information Technology Division. As a Senior Recruiter, my role focused on the identification talent to exceed the number of requisitions entrusted by clients to our Sales team. The matrix talent focused on mid level to senior developers, database administrators and infrastructure architects.
