Daily Duties at Independent Staffing Consultant:

Full lifecycle corporate recruiting. Contracted to staff 50 billable functional and technical Banner Consultants for the Professional Services Group. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, developing strategic recruitment plan matching hiring manager's needs and chronology, design role description, post description to major and niche internet job boards, strategic sourcing and creative methods of identifying additional qualified candidates to increase talent pool, identify and screen candidates, utilize corporate ATS to manage qualified candidates through the interview process, present candidates to hiring manager for initial resume skills screening, coordinate telephone interview with candidate and hiring manager to facilitate a narrowing of candidate pool, complete candidates' selection for onsite interview with hiring manager(s), synchronize calendars for onsite interview, prepare travel itineraries, assist hiring manager in candidate selection, negotiate starting salary, close candidate, construct offer letters, build rejection letters, send letters, aid in candidate start date and support hiring managers and HR in candidate on-boarding. Resume management for future employment opportunities. Matrix recruiting for the Information Technology Division. Close candidates within the parameter predefined by our clients. Parameters included; pay rate or annual salary, benefit package, soft and technical / functional skill(s) and travel requirements. As a Senior Recruiter, my role focused on the identification of talent needed to exceed the number of requisitions entrusted by clients for our Sales team to fill. By consistently pipelining talent across a matrix focused on middle level to senior developers, database administrators, project managers and infrastructure architects, the team quickly fill our client's employment vacancies.
