Daily Duties at Ozonia:

Closely managed an accounting staff of 5 accountants in the day-to-day accounting operations such as billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash reconciliation, FX and banking functions, payroll, Inventory and balance sheet accounts reconciliations. Implemented new accounting internal control policies and procedures in accordance with SOX and GAAP guidelines and regulations, supporting the new automated system (SAP), and streamlined work flow processes for efficiency, and data integrity. Reviewed various account and handled preparation of P&L account and Balance Sheet. Maintained and balanced subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies. Managed sales representative gross receipts and monthly sales and marketing expenses. Trained and managed teams for various accounting activities. Corrected errors in account handling and introduced work process by which accounting tasks were more efficiently handled.
