Daily Duties at Guardian Life Insurance Company Of America:
•Liaise with key IM-D&D and other business personnel in the development of business requirements for systems and enhancements •Write and execute user acceptance test plans (UAT) and system reviews •Advise the business area of the results of the testing, review the completed test results, and provide signoff •Write documentation for business procedures, announcements, end user instructions and manuals for new and enhanced systems •Perform system review and maintenance based on requests from the system owner or management •Attend product, project, and team sessions, such as product implementation taskforce meetings, joint user and IT-BTS team status meetings, and other system development meetings •Facilitate departmental reporting and inquires by creating adhoc reports utilizing Microsoft Access
