Daily Duties at Thermal Temp Heaing & Air Conditioning, Inc:
Manage all aspects of heating and air conditioning business administration. - Customer Relations from first point of contact to scheduling of service and project tracking and management. Projects range from a few hours to more than a year. - Management of all finances as well as to accounts payable/receivable - Oversight of Human resources; hiring, training, Blue Cross health insurance benefits program, payroll (including Davis Bacon Federal Wage Determinations) and evaluations. - Computer and Software Integration including, software purchasing to enhance office efficiency, system backup, trouble shooting. Extremely proficient in utilizing programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks, Photoshop, and Wintac scheduling software - Marketing including flyer design, business website design and social networking marketing. - Safety Program – Researched, implemented and manage an OSHA approved weekly safety program.
