•Ensured resolution of daily administrative and operational problems by serving as Liaison between the Office Manager and four Loan Officers. •Completed and organized payroll documents and screened credit reports. •Collected and corrected office correspondence and memorandum based on company policies and verbal direction. •Prepared an accurate daily schedule for the office manager by managing meetings, interviews, appointments and other administrative duties. •Assisted in creating a CSR call center and oversaw and monitored CSR performance under the supervision of the Office Manager.
