Daily Duties at City Of Sun Valley:
Under general supervision, provides phone and guest reception duties. Collects and distributes the mail. Orders, maintains and distributes office supplies for the administration offices. Oversees cleaning services contract. Provides clerical assistance for all departments when the task can be completed at the front desk station. Serves as the information technology technician responsible for weekly schedule for the City's IT contractor, the good working order of the phones, business machines and equipment; base level operations of the computer network and computers; and Council Chambers computer and recorder. Provides technical support for website use and content posting. Participates as a team member in website design. assisting in the organization of City Council and other public meetings; preparations, recording, filing and retrieval of documents and records; recording and transcribing of meeting proceedings, and entering data, including if requested Local Option Tax information. Serves as the Acting City Clerk in the City Clerk's absence.
