•Over 10 years of professional experience with a primary focus on Business Analysis and over 5 years of professional experience as a Programmer/Analyst, developing client server and web based applications. •Discover gaps in existing systems to uncover “as is” state of application systems, as well as compile features and requirements for the “to be” state or proposed solutions. •Conduct business process reviews: outlines, modeling and business rules. •Engage in requirements elicitation, definition, validation and traceability. •Document functional processes, use cases and application features. •Illustrate with process flow and data flow diagrams. •Coordinate UAT sessions, feature enhancements and defects/fixes management. •Organize JAD; review sessions at inception, planning, execution and deployment stages. •Led data mapping exercises and data purification with functional domain user’s and development teams. •Have experience in project and software methodologies: SDLC, Waterfall and Agile. •Collaborated with various teams: Executive Management, SME’s, end users, development, QA and various outside vendors.
