Daily Duties at At&T:
In a steady progression of roles and responsibilities, over a period of 15 years, I held titles-Regional Support Specialist, Customer Advocate, Trainer, Invoice Rate Specialist, Project Manager, Business Manager, and Supervisor (5 years). As a supervisor I coordinated and managed front-line team members to accomplish daily goals in assisting customers with resolutions, questions and concerns. Using SAP HR suite, carried out performance evaluations, attendance, and compensation of 45 staff members. Evaluated daily work schedules, vacation canvassing, and employee call outs, to ensure completions of daily, weekly and monthly objectives were met. Maintained and updated department Business Continuity Plan as needed. Led an error resolution team and maintainined a 98% error correction rate on service orders that were issued by the call center while managing a wide range of department and corporate assigned projects. Performed work force management duties that included but not limited to AHT and ADHOC changes to daily schedules.
What they like about At&T:
Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
