Daily Duties at Youth For Understanding:

Functioning as an AS for a non-profit organization; analyzed weekly and monthly call center reports to determine productivity and process improvements. Based on performance and productivity reports, created, implemented, and facilitated improvement processes training to employees. Conducted Human Resource Management functions; interviewing candidates, processing new hire packet, and scheduling work force to meet the needs of the business.
