Daily Duties at Ascend One:
In this "virtual" work environment, worked as a Customer Care Coach from home. Responsibilities included consulting with clients to ascertain and define needs to determine the best solution in meeting their financial goals and updating client records to ensure accuracy and most up-to -date information documented. Liaison between clients, attorneys, and team members in a virtual environment. Conducted Team Leader functions as needed which included but not limited to; coaching and motivating, training, peer assessments, and performance reporting which all assisted in the virtual team members in being successful in meeting and/or exceeding the performance goals and sales quota.
