Recruited by Disney Stores to lead new airport business venture establishing retail outlets in major metropolitan airports. Launched the first store in Atlanta, establishing a reproducible template for future airport-based facilities. Modified blueprints of mall stores to fit needs of airport locations, accommodating travel patterns and peak volume periods for a unique retail operation. Aligned product mix with the airport locations and helped develop city-specific lines of Disney merchandise. Overcame numerous logistical challenges (e.g., parking) to attract quality cast members.
