Oversaw organization-wide assessment of strengths and improvement areas, determined strategic goals, and developed plans to restructure departments and direct a major restaffing initiative. Replaced underperforming personnel with high-caliber staff, implemented critical process improvements, and transformed the culture, creating a climate of trust and inspiring productive communication and cross-functional teamwork.
