Daily Duties at Progress Energy:
Partnered with multiple departments to provide top quartile customer service. Position entailed disseminating difficult/sensitive information to key customers, advised the customer on power quality, energy efficiency, rates and tariff issues. Solution selling of DSM programs and non- regulated services. • Managed relationships with 87 top tier customers, each generating greater than $1M annually • Managed single largest customer in the company generating $49M annually • Experienced with non-regulated sales of power equipment and services • Consistently met customer satisfaction survey goals for both corporate and at the Account Executive level • Facilitated the installation of over 1500kW in solar generation in 3 projects • Managed the installation of a 3.3MW thermal energy storage unit resulting in a $627k DSM rebate to the customer and an annual energy cost savings of $850k • Developed Lunch and Learn programs to communicate information to our clients while building relationships
