Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:
Senior Organizational Development Consultant Assigned under contract as an OD Consultant to work with the Eastern Service Area Headquarters of the Federal Aviation Administration. Have worked with senior management in launching large-scale organizational change initiatives, providing transition strategies and consultative support at the national and regional levels. Provides facilitation, meeting design and presentations for management meetings. Intervenes in situations of workplace conflict, providing mediation, unit assessments, team building and training in conflict management skills. Served in a variety of HRD capacities including leadership development/coaching, and performance improvement initiatives. developed a methodology to identify, coach and measure core leadership competencies.
