Daily Duties at Unisys:

• Responsible for conducting a daily performance analysis of our Service Delivery department to determine if they are adhering to the Service Level Agreement between Unisys, Dell and Boeing. • Wrote ISO documentation on the processes related to generation of performance reports, root-cause analysis reports, and the processes for the various functions of the Call Closure Group for Field Operations.
