• Supported Project Managers to monitor and escalate orders associated with key Service Level Accounts (SLA) accounts (ex. SBC/AT&T, Intel, EDS, MetLife, and Microsoft). • Created, automated by creating VB Macros and Access databases, and distributed routine and ad-hoc reports that present information on the status of orders per account on a daily basis while streamlining existing reporting processes by developing tools that decreased reporting cycle time by 50%.
