Daily Duties at Ibm:

• Work directly with the client business and technical teams to map requirements to a technical strategy for implementing Coremetrics on client sites; while working closely with multiple groups within IBM to drive product direction and implementation services. • Provide 2nd level technical support by troubleshooting client issues and resolving issues of various complexities by providing best practice recommendations or providing custom code in JavaScript libraries.
