Daily Duties at Legacy Manufacturing :
As Product Manager, solicited, negotiated and worked intimately with Suppliers worldwide to source and develop various products, ensuring a reliable source of high quality with the lowest possible cost to be marketed in a multi-million dollar diversified product line. Implemented a Supplier Compliance Program to improve company profitability and productivity. Orchestrated scheduled bi-weekly meetings and organized highly complex activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of projects. Created and improved various companywide processes with formal documentation and one-on-one training.
