Daily Duties at Coastal Riverine Group One:
Provide continuous leadership and guidance that enable employees to excel and develop, while establishing performance plans. Administer the distribution of work load among department members on the basis of individual skill levels and areas of expertise; review and determine projects either from internal requirements or from requirements set by other commands.
