Dev., Marketing, and Sales organizations. o Negotiated FREE Cisco online certification training for network engineers after coming up with the idea o Provided technical & management training at no cost to company to Solution Architects & partners; (Nortel, Brocade, Akara, Cisco, McData, EMC) through negotiation, innovative approach to partnering. o Assessed and continually improved processes, directly addressed and resolved client issues, kept team focused. o Managed scope creep by identifying business opportunities, alerting appropriate organizations to construct SLAs and execute contracts to address additional client requests. o Developed hiring strategies based on industry needs, client requests, skills assessments & inventories. o Created and implemented competency models and mapped them to technical profiles and core curriculum
