Full time. Consultant 1991-1995 o Personally resolved client issues; product, technical, credibility & saved 3 million + deals in 2 months. o Attained unprecedented customer satisfaction regarding system installation, technical support, product selection. o Created and refined strategic & tactical plans and roles & responsibilities for entire organization, o Partnered with Marketing, Sales, CS. Improved technical support; reduced complaints by 47% in 2 months o Led and managed team of 20; 8 staff, 12 dedicated IBM technical team & 6 vendors concurrently. o Transformed group into a communicative, effective, motivated team in 2 months. o Call Center Training - created innovative monitoring/coaching program - increased sales 43% in 5 weeks. Analyzed calls, rewrote scripts, coached, trained, motivated sales & CS associates and management.
