Overall supervision ensuring proper business and regulatory policies are followed in 75 Offices of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ). Daily queue responsibilities including transactions, emails, accounts, correspondence, and options. Liaison between the field and home office departments located in New York, Phoenix, and Atlanta to resolve escalated issues for advisors. Present supervision office visits to field and compliance segment for recruiting maintaining ongoing positive relationship with Branch Managers, Regional VP, and Business Development.
