Daily Duties at Trinity Western University:
Assisted in Windows NT Support environment deploying, re-imaging and securing desktops. Directed to pilot, test and document support and migration issues for Beta version NT5 (Windows 2000) software release against current hardware. Reported to Mgr of IT Services.
