My primary functions included performing web-based functional and regression testing for Commercial Small Business products sites. Develop high-level test plans for each project. I communicated with the business dept., development group and vendors to discuss Business Requirements and the project's system development life cycle. Reviewed requirements and system development Use Cases provided in order to develop functional and regression test cases using MS Excel spreadsheets. Executed specific test cases related to Commercial Small Business Auto, Property, General Liability, Umbrella and Inland Marine, and document test results. Identify and document system defects and solutions utilizing Mercury HP Quality Center software and System Investigation Report (SIR) tool.
