Developed and conducted training classes for plant managers in pertinent HR issues including; interviewing, hiring, discipline, terminations, performance reviews, safety and sexual harassment. Implemented and delivered progressive discipline policy. Ensured plant compliance with governmental compliance and reporting in the areas of affirmative action, unemployment, workers compensation, OSHA, EPA and EEOC. Analyzed key metrics to guarantee all departmental goals were attained.
