Daily Duties at Experian Information Solutions, Inc.:
Create documentation (using FrameMaker) describing enhancements to existing software and to design and develop new documentation as required. Create online help using RoboHelp. Create Excel documents describing database fields. Work with subject matter experts in Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Client Support to track enhancements, correctly describe the enhancements and the administration steps to initializing new features, and to identify and write up bugs.
