Daily Duties at Verizon:
Responsible for customer account management, processing, tracking, escalations and reporting of all voice/data service request for global / national customer base of global Premier customer such as American Airlines, PepsiCo, JCPenney, Capital One. • Provide advanced customer and internal account management support in specific technologies to solve customer business challenges including identifying requirements and developing solutions, working with sales, sales engineers and / or vendor partners to close sales, ensuring successful implementation and provisioning of sold services/projects. • Act as technical expert and resource to the sales and implementation organization for all Verizon ILEC applications and product portfolio including process applications. • Ensure knowledge transfer to sales / implementation for new or updated product applications.
