Daily Duties at Verizon:
Managed customer service billing research, corrections, contract implementation, claims, dispute resolution and weekly status updates. • Responsible for Service Review/Quality Assurance preparation for billing items and resolution of Open Action Items as it relates to Billing and or Credit research including pulling invoice copies, opening OneView tickets for back office Billing Research, FBS tickets, R2 inquiries and system research (COMs, F&E, NetCap, IXPLus). • Responsible for Credit request creation & research including collecting invoice copies, research, FACT ticket creation, root cause / proactive activity analysis and $100K script creation and settlements including root cause analysis for Late Disconnect credits. • Service Accountability for VEC user mapping, CPNI collection/completion. • Current ILEC technical expert and resource to 30+ member account team for all Verizon ILEC applications and product portfolio including process applications, billing, ordering and repair.
