Daily Duties at American Airlines:
Coordinated development and preparation of departmental budgets covering 1500 employees and $150 million annually. This included the use of SABRE, American's reservation system as a licensed service at other airlines, and for use by Travel Agencies that American was active in using for its travel booking. Published monthly and ad hoc management reports regarding departmental financial performance. Developed cost data related to supporting Travel Agency Automation project used in pricing SABRE Computerized Reservations Services. Supervised billing of other airlines hosted on American’s computer systems.
