Daily Duties at American Airlines:
Responsible for coordinating the preparation and review of the Marketing Department budget in excess of $1.2 billion, and covering the activity of more than 25,000 employees. Published monthly and ad hoc management reports relating to departmental cost structure and financial performance. Developed unit cost measurement system used to determine profitability of the Admirals Clubs. Justified establishment of 3 new club locations.
