Directed evaluation of competitive bids ordered by US Bankruptcy Court, and actively participated in the negotiations to conclude this 10 year agreement valued at $2.1 billion. Directed activities of fifteen professionals in preparation of the corporation’s $400 million annual budget, tax activities, cash management, and bankruptcy reporting requirements.
