Daily Duties at Ibm Global Technology Services (Outsourcing Business Unit):
Prepare and deliver proposals in response to Travel & Transportation industry clients (airlines, car rental companies, railroads, hotels, cargo and freight companies) seeking input on potential IT outsourcing. Working with the technical solution team members to define the scope of IT services, and potential contacting and establishing relationships with existing third party service providers whose relationship would be retained in the event of an outsourcing agreement. This was done in order to ensure that the third parties were aware and in compliance with the IT services that would continue to be part of their responsibility.
