Daily Marketing to establish leads for potential work, through on-line resouces and networking resources. Sales calls to potential leads to discuss services, measure and give job quotes. Job quote follow up, and services scheduling. Team management (2 men per team) and in house planning, as well as some in field implementation of service plan. Customer follow up, and contact of satisfied customer referrals. Accounting and money management duties, as well as daily team training, hiring and firing responsibilities.
