Regular Full Time Duties: Served as a personal trainer for the Chievres Fitness Center. Instruct patrons on proper techniques for exercising on machines. Maintain scheduling and classes for all programs. Teach classes on muscle groups and skeletal systems for patrons in rehabilitation groups. Devise diets for patrons to meet individual needs, conduct orientation classes for new members, promote programs and special events. Served as an instructor for CPR, FIRST AID and AED trainings, and performed administrative duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power points to track, maintain and record vital documents.
