Daily Duties at Tripler Army Medical Center:
Regular Full Time Duties: Assist patients with breathing treatments. Assist with patient admission and discharges. Maintain medical records. Perform administrative duties such as process patient’s incoming forms, records and other medical documents and book appointments. Obtain specimens from patient for laboratory analysis, and analyze and record EKG on patients before surgery. Prep patients for surgery. Draw blood samples. Monitor patient’s respiratory rate, pulse, vital signs and oxygen meter. Perform finger sticks for blood glucose monitoring.
