Daily Duties at Rising Star Energy, Llc:
Direct, Coordinate and Supervise all Acuisitions, Divestments, Lease Acquisitions, due diligence, title opinion preparation and curative, liason to attorneys, personlly meet with significant mineral and or surface owners, circulate and monitor and approve AFE's, negotiate, draft, finalize and have executed of all contracts, leases, Unitazation & Communitiztion Agreements,purchase and sale agreements, obtain all WIO's or mineral owners approval, supervise all Brokers and employees, review outside generated prospects/deals from other companies, analyze and determine monetary obligations, the probability of success and then make recommendation to the other partners as well as to the Board of Directors. Review internally generated prospects and ideas generated by in-house staff and advise the partners and the Board of the merits of the prospect/idea, potential costs/expenditures and the timing of such. Maintained an up-to-date database of prospect/buying areas, BLM and State O&G Leases, new well completions, wells permitted, offset wells drilled and/or completed and leasing activities using Tobin, MapInfo, Dwights, SLAM, Texas Railroad Commision, Midland Map, LandPro, OGM Resources and OGYS. Prepared and generated monthly obligation and expiration calendars and authorized whether or not payment should be made. Prepared annual budget prior to each calendar year and updated on a quarterly basis.
