Daily Duties at Lennox Inernational:
Responsible for 15 employees who proveded service, sales and installation of HVAC equipment. Day to day operations including hiring, firing, coaching, development,and training. ALso, responsible for inventory control and ordering. Profit/Loss, budgeting, and expense management.
