Daily Duties at Avaya Inc:
Provided technical support and instruction to end users, help desk personnel, and field technicians for legacy and VoIP telecommunications systems including maintenance testing of hardware, software, T1, E1, DS1, DS0, and ISDN circuits as well as data network testing and troubleshooting. Provided customer education and administrative assistance. Took customer trouble reports via telephone & email, created customer trouble reports and provided timely updates to both customer and engineers regarding trouble resolution findings and implementation. Complied with all ISO 9000 requirements which assisted in Avaya winning JD Powers awards from 2007 – 20011. Worked with project managers to resolve hardware and software installation issues. Worked with end users, help desk personnel, technicians and engineers in NAR, CALA, EMEA and APAC regions.
