Managed four implementation project specialists for an enterprise-wide SharePoint software business continuity products company using a SaaS technology/business model. Responsibility was to create and install a structured project management approach for an unstructured team of implementers. Reviewed existing internal company processes and suggested solutions to fix issues related to the overall operational functions.
