Daily Duties at Arista Networks, Inc.:
Recruited by CEO to formulate and lead all aspects of worldwide HR organization and strategy in accordance with company business goals and mission; includes staffing, benefits, compensation strategy, policies, payroll, HR operations and systems, sales plans, HR metrics, stock administration, employee relations, performance management, immigration, talent management, contractor agreements, and regulatory compliance. Advise and coach executive team and business leaders on organizational effectiveness. Direct 10 global team members including subsidiary General Manager. Partner with law firms on legal aspects including international subsidiaries and intercompany agreements. Act as System Administrator for ERP-hosted system. Served as acting Corporate Controller for first 12 months.
