Brian McCarl provided both executive leadership as President of the company and served as a VP of Construction within Walsh in both a real estate development and construction project management role. Duties included all real estate development functions, design -build architecture and engineering management, permits, client construction contact negotiations and management, bidding to sub-contractors of every division of work, Guaranteed Maximum Price and Lump Sum contract negotiations, direct and indirect cost, administration, project critical path management (CPM scheduling) and weekly onsite construction management team meetings.
