Aligned and managed all project resources to maximize efficiency and quality to assure Delivery Excellence for clients. Stressed compliance and rapid issue resolution. Collaborated with technical staff and demonstrated far-ranging knowledge of Data Governance and Data Warehousing strategies, IT virtualization, and performance dashboard creation. Created several major promotional events to capture client interest (LA Dodgers, LA Kings, LA Clippers)
