ISD CONSULTING, La Crescenta, CA 2010- Present Self-Employed/Freelance & Contract Consulting & Project Management Services Current Projects– NetApp Contract: (#1) Program Manager- Cluster Mode Delivery Excellence Program Manager- Designing/Establishing Western US Delivery Excellence Program the NetApp Cluster Mode Strategic Initiative – Program will provide consistency, governance and framework for the Delivery Excellence in the Americas for one of NetApp most significant strategic initiatives for this year. (#2)Managing 1PB of storage migration and Tier 2 Partnership with Technicolor 9/2011- Present Managing internal Technicolor migration of over 1PB of data to a ‘Storage on Demand’ model as well as the Technicolor/NetApp partnership for branding, selling and deployment of the same ‘SOD’ model to Technicolor’s external customers/partners (i.e. Disney, DreamWorks, Pixar, Ogilvie & Meyers, etc.). Responsibility for all facets of Discovery, Design, & Migration planning and execution for 1PB of application data and supported devices including executive presentation and business case development, resource and budget planning. Manage the technical integration for the Business Case development, ‘Pre-Sales/Sales’ cycle, Design & Planning, Proof–of-concept execution and eventual production deployment for significant ‘SOD’ applications for the NetApp/Technicolor Partnership selling ‘Storage on Demand’ to Technicolor’s external media industry customers. Amgen Biotech- Managing “Landing Pad” Capacity Upgrade Program 11/2010- 9/2011 Responsible for a managing capacity upgrade program which consists of 2 new data centers, 450 servers,, Network & WAN upgrades and deployment of 1500 Terabytes of EMC SAN storage and 1000 Terabytes of NetApp storage. Also includes managing 3 other project managers. Accountable for Delivery Excellence as well driving executive presentations client IT Leadership interactions and presentations. Additional Current Freelance Projects: Leading the prototyping and investor presentations for ‘MobileMediaOne, a start-up in the mobile advertising space. Recent Projects Comcast Entertainment Group 5/21 – 10/03-Program & Project Manager-Infrastructure Integration Program (Comcast/NBC-Universal Merger) Responsible for driving the PMO planning, strategy and tactical approach surrounding the Infrastructure integration, design, planning and execution for the pending merging of Comcast & NBC-Universal into a single organization. This included the planning, alignment and resource requirements for 20+ diverse teams of infrastructure support and development including off-shore/outsourced teams, NBC & Comcast teams of internal resources as well as outside vendor and outsourced support teams.
