In addition to engagement in all company services, Brian McCarl provided leadership to an internal and external staff of 5-8 professional project managers,office managers and bookeepers with oversight of all legal, title, land planning, architectural, engineering, interior, civil and structural engineers, general contractors, Sr.project managers, design-build electrical, plumbing and mechanical sub-contractors, CPA's and market analysts. The company completed daily work tasks related to every aspect of land, direct and indirect cost associated with every phases of project planning, entitlement and development.
