As an assistant director, supported the director in the food services operations for 23,000 students per day. As a director, assumed full responsibility for the feeding of student populations from 4,000 to 7,000 per day; developed USDA compliant breakfast and lunch menus; monitored cost per meal information; executed terms of collective bargaining agreement; supervised logistics of transporting several thousand meals per day, including HACCP compliance; monitored competitive bid or preferred vendor programs;
