Daily Duties at Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc.:

Responsible for the development, and completion of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with approximately 200 employees, and annual revenues in excess of $30 million. As Proposal Manager, this position required collaborating with senior management and support staff to prepare proposal plan, objectives, budgets and timelines ; customizing resumes and project descriptions to meet RFP, RFQ, SOQ requirements in partnership with subject matter experts. Organize and lead cross-functional team kickoff meetings. Advise management team of contractual rights and obligations pertaining to the proposal; manage all corporate documentation, i.e. technical certifications requirements and contract renewals. Additional administrative duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.
