Daily Duties at Med America Billing Services:

Provided collections office oversight for 5 Urgent Care Clinics, trained, and supervised 12 billing personnel. Traveled to urgent care sites and met with management to coordinate weekly and monthly goals and monitor/audit progress. Oversaw collection calls with patients, insurance companies, processed billing payments, and documents for ER and Urgent care sites. Accounts recievable and billing for billing department.
