Daily Duties at Care Medical:
Provide complete Branch oversight operations support and market penetration initiatives for Durable Medical Equipment company. Close collaboration with Sales/Marketing teams to develop and execute additional revenue gain strategies and increase territory expansion efforts. Recruit and train top tier talent at multiple locations to ensure business continuity and growth. Develop and grew marketing and CSR team that accurately identifies patient requirements and provides uncompromising levels of quality service that meets/exceeds CHAPS standards. Continuously meet corporate sales goals, develop, and present monthly quota reports. Oversee budget incentive compensations programs, payroll management and oversee product inventory, distribution and RMAs.
